These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website, web TV, digital streaming services, premium areas, live events, on-demand video content, support features, and any related services made available through Miss Europe Continental TV (the “Platform”).

By accessing, browsing, creating an account on, subscribing to, purchasing from, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. Provider Information

The Platform is operated by:

Miss Europe Continental Organization LTD
VAT Code: BG205742477

In these Terms, “Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Miss Europe Continental Organization LTD.

2. Scope of the Service

The Platform is a digital media and streaming service connected to the Miss Europe Continental brand and may include, without limitation:

  • public video pages;
  • on-demand video content;
  • interviews, backstage footage, and editorial content;
  • sponsor and partner media;
  • user account areas;
  • premium or subscription-only content;
  • future live streaming events;
  • customer support and help desk functions;
  • promotional, informational, and entertainment content.

Some areas of the Platform may be free to access, while others may require account registration, a paid subscription, one-time purchase, or other authorization.

3. Eligibility

You may use the Platform only if:

  • you have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law; and
  • all information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete.

If you are under the age required by applicable law to enter into digital service agreements independently, use of the Platform must take place only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, where legally permitted.

4. Account Registration

Certain features may require you to create a personal account.

When registering, you agree to:

  • provide accurate and complete information;
  • keep your login credentials confidential;
  • update your information when necessary;
  • accept responsibility for all activity carried out through your account.

You must not:

  • impersonate another person or entity;
  • create an account using false or misleading information;
  • sell, transfer, sublicense, or assign your account to another person;
  • use another user’s account without authorization.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that are false, abusive, fraudulent, inactive for an extended period, or otherwise in breach of these Terms.

5. Free and Premium Access

The Platform may offer both free and paid content.

Free content may be changed, removed, replaced, or interrupted at any time without prior notice.

Premium content may be made available through:

  • recurring subscriptions;
  • one-time payments;
  • temporary access passes;
  • promotional access;
  • invitation-only or account-based access.

We reserve the right to modify the structure, categories, features, and availability of both free and premium content at any time for editorial, technical, legal, contractual, or commercial reasons.

6. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

Where a paid subscription is offered, the applicable plan details will be shown before purchase, including pricing, billing cycle, and included access rights.

Unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled by the user.

The billing cycle may be monthly, annual, or another interval selected or later made available by the Platform.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and/or our payment processor to charge the applicable recurring fees using your selected payment method until cancellation.

If pricing changes in the future, we may notify you before the change takes effect, where required by law.

7. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed through Stripe or other secure third-party payment providers chosen by the Company.

By submitting payment details, you represent and warrant that:

  • you are authorized to use the payment method provided;
  • the billing information supplied is accurate;
  • the transaction is lawful and properly authorized.

We do not store full payment card data except as permitted and necessary for administrative or compliance purposes. Payment processing is subject to the terms, policies, and technical systems of the relevant payment provider.

If payment fails, is declined, is reversed, or becomes subject to an unjustified chargeback, we may suspend or revoke access to premium content until the issue is resolved.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account area, through the cancellation tools made available on the Platform, or by contacting support through the designated help channels.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:

  • cancellation stops future renewals;
  • your access continues until the end of the paid billing period already purchased;
  • no partial refund is due for the unused part of a billing period, except where required by applicable law.

9. Right of Withdrawal and Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have statutory rights regarding distance contracts, digital content, and digital services, including a 14-day withdrawal period in certain cases. These rights may be affected when digital service delivery begins immediately at your express request and with the required legal acknowledgements. You may also have separate statutory rights if the digital content or digital service is not in conformity with the contract.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, when purchasing premium access you may be asked to:

  • expressly request immediate performance of the service;
  • acknowledge that access to digital content or digital services may begin before the withdrawal period expires;
  • confirm any consequences this may have on withdrawal rights under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or excluded.

10. Multi-Device Access

Unless otherwise specified for a specific plan, users may access their account across multiple personal devices.

However:

  • account access is granted to the registered user only;
  • simultaneous, excessive, abnormal, or commercially exploitative usage may be flagged as unauthorized;
  • we may impose reasonable technical or security limits to prevent abuse, credential sharing, piracy, or circumvention.

Multi-device access does not mean that account sharing with other people is allowed.

11. Content Availability

We do not guarantee that every item of content will remain available permanently.

Content may be removed, replaced, delayed, rescheduled, geofenced in the future, or temporarily suspended for reasons including:

  • rights clearance or licensing issues;
  • technical maintenance;
  • editorial decisions;
  • legal requests;
  • third-party provider outages;
  • security issues;
  • changes to event schedules;
  • force majeure.

This applies both to video-on-demand and to future live streaming content.

12. Streaming Technology and Security

The Platform may use third-party streaming, hosting, CDN, and playback technologies, including Bunny Stream / bunny.net and related services, to deliver video content. Bunny documentation states that its system supports transcoding across devices and browsers, customizable players, token authentication, domain restrictions, and other security tools that may be used to protect content against unauthorized access.

To protect content and enforce access rules, we may use technical safeguards including:

  • expiring or signed video URLs;
  • tokenized access;
  • domain restrictions;
  • player-level or library-level security;
  • anti-hotlinking systems;
  • access throttling;
  • account monitoring;
  • DRM or similar technologies where implemented;
  • session validation;
  • fraud prevention measures.

These measures may occasionally block access if a user attempts to play content through unauthorized environments, unsupported configurations, embedded copies, tampered links, automated systems, or suspicious usage patterns.

13. Live Streaming

The Platform may in the future include live streaming or near-live event broadcasting.

Live content may be subject to additional conditions, including:

  • scheduling changes;
  • event cancellation or delay;
  • temporary unavailability;
  • content blackout windows;
  • replay limitations;
  • technical interruptions due to bandwidth or upstream broadcast issues.

Where live services are introduced, we may publish additional event-specific rules, notices, disclaimers, or operational policies that will form part of these Terms.

14. Acceptable Use

You may use the Platform only for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

You must not:

  • reproduce, copy, redistribute, publicly communicate, rebroadcast, sell, license, or commercially exploit the Platform or any content;
  • bypass, disable, or interfere with security features;
  • attempt to obtain video source URLs, playlists, tokens, or streams by unauthorized means;
  • use bots, scripts, crawlers, automation, scraping tools, or reverse engineering techniques against the Platform or player;
  • upload malware, attack the Platform, overload the service, or interfere with infrastructure;
  • use the Platform to violate law, third-party rights, or these Terms.

15. Strict Prohibition on Recording, Capturing, and Redistribution

Unless expressly authorized in writing by the Company, you must not:

  • screen record or systematically capture any part of the video service;
  • make copies of videos, live streams, thumbnails, or protected media;
  • download or rip streams;
  • extract audio, subtitles, metadata, or clips from the Platform;
  • restream or rebroadcast content on any website, app, social network, messaging app, or device;
  • share direct or indirect playback links outside the intended user journey;
  • upload Platform content to YouTube, Vimeo, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, or any other channel.

Occasional screenshots for strictly personal and non-commercial use may also be prohibited where the content is marked confidential, premium, unreleased, sponsor-protected, backstage, or otherwise sensitive. The Company reserves the right to determine what constitutes prohibited capture or redistribution in light of content protection and rights management needs.

Any unauthorized recording, copying, or redistribution may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and may lead to legal action.

16. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform and its contents are reserved.

This includes, without limitation:

  • trademarks;
  • logos;
  • show names;
  • graphics;
  • audiovisual works;
  • footage;
  • interviews;
  • streams;
  • live broadcasts;
  • edits;
  • written content;
  • software elements;
  • interface design;
  • branding materials;
  • promotional materials;
  • sponsor assets used under authorization.

Such content is owned by the Company and/or its licensors, partners, sponsors, distributors, media contributors, or other rights holders, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred to you. Your right to use the Platform is limited to the personal access rights expressly granted under these Terms.

17. Third-Party Content and Links

The Platform may display or reference third-party brands, sponsor content, embedded tools, payment systems, external websites, media partners, or linked resources.

We are not responsible for:

  • the content, policies, or availability of third-party websites or services;
  • products or services supplied by third parties;
  • losses arising from your dealings with third parties.

Use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

18. User Submissions and Communications

If the Platform allows you to submit forms, support tickets, applications, chat messages, media, comments, or other materials, you agree that:

  • your submissions are lawful and do not infringe third-party rights;
  • they are not defamatory, abusive, obscene, fraudulent, or misleading;
  • you are responsible for the content you submit.

To the extent necessary for operating the Platform, responding to support requests, moderating interactions, or processing your submission, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, store, reproduce, and process such materials for those purposes.

We may reject, remove, or archive communications or materials that are unlawful, abusive, irrelevant, risky, or operationally inappropriate.

19. Help Desk and Customer Support

The Platform may provide customer assistance through chat, help desk tools, contact forms, or email.

Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis unless a separate service level is expressly stated.

We may prioritize, defer, close, or refuse requests that are:

  • abusive or offensive;
  • repetitive without new information;
  • fraudulent;
  • outside the scope of support;
  • technically impossible to fulfill;
  • related to unsupported devices, altered environments, or unauthorized use.

Support availability, hours, languages, and channels may change over time.

20. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of the legal framework applicable to your use of the Platform where relevant.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your data may be processed for purposes including:

  • account management;
  • authentication;
  • billing;
  • fraud prevention;
  • support handling;
  • service analytics;
  • content delivery;
  • legal compliance.

You are responsible for reviewing the Privacy Policy before creating an account or purchasing a subscription.

21. Service Maintenance and Changes

We may perform updates, maintenance, repairs, migrations, upgrades, security interventions, and service changes at any time.

We may also change:

  • features;
  • layouts;
  • interfaces;
  • content libraries;
  • subscription structures;
  • access methods;
  • device compatibility;
  • support workflows.

Where required by law, material changes affecting paid services will be communicated appropriately.

22. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access immediately, with or without prior notice where appropriate, if:

  • you breach these Terms;
  • payment is overdue or reversed;
  • your account is used fraudulently or suspiciously;
  • you violate content protection rules;
  • you engage in piracy, recording, redistribution, scraping, or system abuse;
  • legal, regulatory, contractual, or security reasons require intervention.

If your account is terminated for breach, you may lose access to all or part of the service without refund, to the extent permitted by law.

23. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • the Platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device;
  • every stream will start instantly or play at a consistent quality level;
  • content will always be available in every location or at every time;
  • defects will be corrected immediately;
  • the Platform will be free of delays, outages, or third-party interruptions.

Streaming performance may depend on internet connectivity, browser version, device performance, operating system, local network quality, mobile carrier conditions, and third-party infrastructure.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

  • indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages;
  • loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, data, goodwill, or reputation;
  • service interruptions caused by third-party platforms or infrastructure;
  • playback failures linked to user devices, network conditions, or unsupported environments;
  • unauthorized access caused by the user’s own failure to protect credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections.

25. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, affiliates, and partners from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to:

  • your misuse of the Platform;
  • your breach of these Terms;
  • your violation of any law or third-party right;
  • your unauthorized recording, redistribution, or exploitation of content;

Updated versions will be posted on the Platform with a revised “Last updated” date. Where legally required, we may also notify registered users by email, in-account notice, or other appropriate means.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, unless applicable law requires a different mechanism.
